I work across product and engineering, from understanding how a business operates to building the software around it. Lately, that means AI agents, developer tools, and workflow automation.
The longer story
Right now that's Ironhide — penetration testing for AI agents. Before that I co-founded Arsun Technologies and built Middleman, an AI-native deal workspace for bankers, and shipped Flok on the side.
The domains keep changing — deal software, group planning, a jewelry ERP, agent security, collectible-card market structure — but the job is the same one. Go far enough into an unfamiliar domain to understand how the work actually gets done, reduce that to a product thesis, then build it.
I studied computer science and economics at Pitt. Most interested in AI agents, developer infrastructure, and products that create a new workflow instead of marginally improving an old one.
